The open-ended design provides secure friction retention for compatible C-A-T, SOFFT-W, and SAM XT tourniquets. An included Fight Light Malice Clip supports vertical MOLLE or PALS mounting, while the built-in pass-through channel allows horizontal mounting on compatible belts up to 1.75 inches wide.
