The Strike Industries RICCI Chest Medical System (CMS) is a hands free system designed to allow the user more equipment without sacrificing space. The CMS is developed to be sewn into the user's vest and comes with a Velcro front face that opens up to reveal two main pockets made of a durable bungee material. A large pocket can carry pressure bandages hemostatic agents, or chest seals and is secured by a overhead Velcro bungee strap. The smaller pocket can fit gauze or tourniquets.
