The MADI J1590 Replacement Wire Brush Head is designed for compatible MADI J-Wire Brush conductor-cleaning tools. It fits the HJWB-1 Hand J-Wire Brush and SJWB-1 Swivel J-Wire Brush, helping crews replace a worn brush without replacing the complete base tool. Engineered for overhead utility-line preparation, the brush handles conductors up to 1590 MCM. Installation requires a standard 5/32-inch Allen key to allow straightforward replacement and helping minimize maintenance downtime in the field.
