Blue Diamond 40 inch tube air diffuser is an industrial fine-bubble aeration component for municipal wastewater systems, commercial aquaculture, lakes, and deep aeration tanks. Its EPDM or silicone membrane uses about 18,000 micro-perforations to produce 1 to 3 mm bubbles for efficient oxygen transfer. The self-sealing membrane helps reduce sludge and water backflow when airflow stops. A rigid corrosion-resistant frame with 3/4 inch NPT or 19 mm barbed connection supports manifold installations.
